Prospéritas Capital Partners SRL, in its capacity as administrator in Uruguay IVC Partners LP (The “Fund”) announced today the concretion of an investment of US$ 1.000.000 in CPG Soft.

CPG Soft is a Software company specialized in the development of applications for sales, distribution and logistics (supply chain) management, focusing mainly on manufacturers and distributors of products of mass consumption, especially perishable goods, in industries such as, beverage, agribusiness, pharmaceutical, macro snacks, dairy products, and goods in general.

On a global level, the market of products of mass consumption is turning out to be more and more complex. Hence, a tendency to seek solutions earmarked for solving the logistic problems of companies, incorporating information technologies of high quality that aim at decreasing the costs and improving the commercial management, is clearly visible.

Up to the date, this tool has been implemented in more than 300 distribution centers, in 16 countries of Latin-America and Asia, in different industries, over different platforms and integrated with acknowledged management systems (ERP).
